We had a really wonderful hiking experience under his guidance. He is by far the BEST tour guide I have ever met in all my hiking trips.

Pick up was prompt and you are provided with a banana pancake breakfast before making your way to the base.... read more A seperate guide will lead you the top - letting you set the pace and take as many breaks as required. Hot drink and second breakfast is provided at the top. It is really really cold at the top so make sure you take multiple layers to be able to enjoy the sunrise!! We opted out of the hot spring but the trek was enjoyable all the same. Would recommend.

We did the sunset trek - we started at about 3.30pm and got to the top at about 5pm. After we ate and explored the peak, the way down took about 45 minutes.
Make sure to wear good shoes because the stones on the way down can be a bit slippery.

His English is good and he answered all our questions and explained us many things. He looked for not crowed spots.
At the top he was also a nice photographer and borrowed us his own blanket because we were so cold! Thank you :)
At least it was an amazing experience and absolutely worth! We saw a magnificent sunrise.
The driver was also in time and very friendly and drove us von Ubud to Uluwatu. We booked the tour only one day before - this was no problem.
