Really nice and professional driver and was so good to have banana pancakes before we begun! Every member of staff we met was so friendly and helpful! The hike was pretty tough but sooo worth the view and experience of being up there. If you’re scared of heights then the summit might be a bit challenging as you are walking next to a crater! We feel SO lucky to have had Mangku as our guide!!! He is the most charming, polite and knowledgeable guide and made our experience even more special as we were able to learn even more about Balinese culture. Besides his clear experience at trekking and knowledge of the good spots, Wayan cheered and encouraged us all the way up. Note that he is an amazing photographer, evidence attached. The sunrise was breath-taking, and brekkie (egg, banana sandwich, banana, mandarine) well deserved. Blanket mandatory. Highly recommend.
