We've done many amazing things so far on the trip, but the most fun and rewarding so far has been the sunrise Hike at Mt. Batur with Bagus Bali Sunrise Trekking. I definitely didn't want to get up in the middle of the night for the trip, but the refreshments at the cafe before the hike really lifted my spirits.

The hike itself was challenging, though if you only watched our guide Jata move up the mountain you wouldn't think so. With his guidance we were able to make the trek and his knowledge of the trail helped us move at a steady pace while conserving enough energy to finish. He also made us a nice breakfast at the summit and took photos for us. If I'm ever in Bali again I will definitely do this hike again with Bagus Bali Sunrise Trekking. More

Haha but our tour guide, Wayan Suar made sure I made it to the top (and back down) safely. He carried my bag for me and stopped/slowed down when I needed to. He made us breakfast and brought us to the highest point with amazing 360 view where it wasn’t too crowded. We didn’t pack warm enough clothes so he gave us blankets to keep warm. He also took some great pictures for us! Highly recommend!
